At Biches & Bûches, we want you to be delighted with your knitting projects and garments. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to request a return authorization and receive the correct return address.
Prepare the Package
Place the items—such as wool skeins, kits, or patterns—in their original, unused condition and packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Send your package using a trackable shipping service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
